• On your arrival at Medicare after the admission process, our staff will help you to settle in your room and will provide you with a fresh set of clothes for the hospital. You will find in your room a welcome letter
  • Please hand over any medications that you may brought to the attendant nurse in your room, who will also take your history (be informed about your medicines or any allergies or reactions you have)
  • The unit Receptionist will maintain your file and inform the floor doctor about your arrival
  • You will be provided with a patient ID band at the time of admission
  • All floors have Receptionist Counter to serve patients and visitors and to promptly help them their queries
  • A Nurse Call system is available in the rooms. The Hospital staff will attend your call as soon as possible
  • In case you require any additional information during your course of treatment, please feel free to contact your Nurse at any time
  • At the time of discharge, you will be given a discharge summary and a Thank You letter from our administration
  • Food basket at arrival will be given to VIP, Deluxe & Private room patients
